I’ve been in therapy for a long time and i’ve not got any better, if i’m honest i seem to of gotten worse.
I love my therapist to bits and she’s so lovely and supportive so its not because i don’t have a therapist that ‘works for me’ maybe its just my motivation. If the bullying had stopped i suppose things would be different.

Before i got referred to CAMHS i had seen 2 face to face counsellors and i’d spoke to about 4/5 different online counsellors. Then when i was in CAMHS i seen 2 different therapists and then i quit, and then i got reffered back again and i seen one of the first 2 therapists i seen there, and then we weren’t working well together so i got someone new, who i got on really well with, when she was off ill i then see 4 other different therapists.

I’ve tried to recover from self harm but i’m back to my old ways again, but i’ve made a self harm blackberry messenger support group if anyone is interested in joining 🙂 I’m also trying to stay strong through the times when i get suicidal, and my eating problems, its hard when you eat and there are voices in your head telling you you’re fat because you just ate something.

I have so much support from peopke online, they mean the world to me and i owe them so much! They’ve been with me every step of the way.

So, join me on my journey to recovery. Its been a long lonely road so i’d like some more company 🙂

Hi. I, too, have dealt with school bullying. That was 14 years ago for me, and my life today is affected still, because of that year. I write about being bullied on my blog and I am now a bully prevention trainer.

I hope you have people to talk to. It seems that you have yourself a good outlet, a place to be yourself and talk, so to speak. If you ever have any questions or need support, I am here.

    Hugs, Cassie

Just wanting to let you know that you have done and written some amazing things on your blog, I do understand how hard it is when those voices continue to give you a hard time telling you things you know you don’t want to hear, and your unable to block them out.
Honey your strength is amazing, I also know how bullying can effect a person for a life time, not just whilst your at school or a teenager, it is one of the most horrific feelings that we are able to feel, keep going girl, keep taking each step one at a time xxx all my love xxx
